How is GrailScore calculated?
GrailScore is a weighted 0–100 number derived from set tier, parallel rarity, grading company and grade, features (autos, patches, print runs), and recent sales velocity. The weights are tuned for collectible market dynamics. Pro users can set a minimum score threshold to auto-filter listings, and Pro-tier GrailSense personalizes the score for what you collect over time.
Does GrailBot bid for me?
No. GrailBot adds qualifying listings to your eBay watchlist so you decide when to bid. We never place bids on your behalf and never have access to your eBay payment methods.
How often does it scan?
Free scans twice a day (every 12h) on its own schedule. Pro scans every hour and supports on-demand runs — kick off a scan whenever you want from the Searches page.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Currently eBay. Marketplace expansion is on the roadmap.
Will my account get flagged?
No. We act through the official eBay Developer Program. Your account stays in good standing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel from your settings page and keep access through the end of the billing period.
