By accessing or using GrailBot (the “Service”), operated by Snakk Industries, LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GrailBot is an automated eBay search monitoring tool that uses AI to evaluate listings and optionally add items to your eBay watchlist on your behalf. The Service connects to your eBay account via OAuth and requires your authorization to take any actions on eBay.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid eBay account to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@grailbot.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service accesses eBay's APIs in accordance with eBay's Developer Program Agreement. You grant us permission to access and act on your eBay account only to the extent necessary to provide the Service features you enable (search monitoring, watchlist additions). We do not place bids, make purchases, or modify your eBay account settings beyond your watchlist.
Your use of eBay features is subject to eBay's User Agreement and eBay's User Privacy Notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Service uses AI to evaluate listings. AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incorrect. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated scores, summaries, or decisions. You remain responsible for any purchasing decisions you make based on the Service's output.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LISTINGS WON'T BE MISSED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAKK INDUSTRIES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING MISSED DEALS, INCORRECT WATCHLIST ADDITIONS, OR ACCOUNT SUSPENSION BY EBAY.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will revoke our eBay access and delete your stored data per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
