How is GrailScore calculated?
GrailScore rates every listing 0 to 100. It weighs how in-demand the player or character is, the set and parallel, the grading company and grade, autos, patches and print run, and what bidders are paying for it. Set a minimum score on any search, on Free or Pro, and GrailBot watches the cards that clear it. On Pro, GrailSense adjusts the score toward what you collect.
Does GrailBot bid for me?
No. GrailBot adds qualifying listings to your eBay watchlist so you decide when to bid. We never place bids on your behalf and never have access to your eBay payment methods.
How often does it scan?
Free scans twice a day (every 12h) and gives you 5 on-demand runs a day. Pro scans every hour, and you can start a scan from the Searches page whenever you want.
Which marketplaces are supported?
Currently eBay. Marketplace expansion is on the roadmap.
What does GrailBot get access to on my eBay account?
You connect through eBay's own sign-in page, so GrailBot never sees your password or payment details. It uses that connection to add cards to your watchlist. On Pro, if you turn on purchase sync in Settings, it also reads your recent eBay orders to fill in your collection.
Will my eBay account get flagged?
GrailBot uses eBay's official Developer APIs and only adds listings to your watchlist, the same thing you'd do by tapping Watch. It never bids and never signs in with your password.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel from your settings page and keep access through the end of the billing period.
